How do you handle shipping and what is the quality of your prints ?

For best customers experience, minimizing shipping costs and ensuring that our prints are of the top quality standards we use Fine Art America for full distribution of our artwork.
These beautiful museum-quality giclée’s are printed using acid-free materials and archival inks that will last a lifetime without fading.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship all over the world. If you can receive a package via UPS or FedEx, then we can ship to you!

How long is the transit time to my city?

We ship all of our products via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the destination. All prints to be shipped in the Western Hemisphere are produced by the FAA USA printing facility and ship within 3 business days while orders for the UK and Europe will be produced by the UK facility and are fulfilled within 2-5 business days of your order.
The transit time will depend on your location in the world and the selected shipper.

Where is Fine Art America located?

Fine Art America has production facilities in North Carolina (US), Georgia (US), California (US), and Glasgow (UK). Their corporate headquarters are in Santa Monica, California.

What is your cancellation / return policy?

Our return policy is very simple: RETURN POLICY

If you’re not happy with a purchase that you made on FineArtAmerica.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we’ll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note – Fine Art America does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

How do I return my purchase / order?

Once you fill out the form, you’ll then be able to print out a return label which you should use when mailing back your return.

Can I place my order over the phone?

No. All orders must be placed online. If you have a question about placing an order, you can reach a customer service representative by calling 312-238-9009 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Pacific Time). Our customer service representatives can help answer your questions about placing your order, but when it comes time to actually place the order, you’ll have to do that using our website.

Why is my credit card being declined?

Unfortunately, when a credit card gets declined, the only information that we receive back from our credit card processor is the word “DECLINED”.

A credit card could be declined for any number of reasons:
1. You entered in the wrong card number.
2. You entered in the wrong billing address.
3. You entered in the wrong CVV2 number (i.e. the number on the back of the card).
4. You exceeded the daily spending limit on your card (e.g. $1,000 per day).

If your card was declined, please verify that all of your credit card information is correct, and try submitting your order again. If your card is declined the second time, make sure that you aren’t over your daily spending limit.

Do you use a UV protectant to protect your prints?

All canvas prints, framed prints, and regular prints (rolled in a tube) receive a UV protective coating.  Metal prints, acrylic prints, and greeting cards do not receiving a protective coating.

Can I hang my prints outside?

Yes – you can hang your prints outside. However – do not hang them anywhere where they will be exposed to direct rain. Our “hardiest” products for outside use are metal prints and acrylic prints. Both products do not use any paper or canvas, and as a result, moisture is not an issue.

Can I hang my prints in a bathroom?

Yes – you can hang your prints in a bathroom. Just make sure that they’re not exposed to direct spray from the shower.

Framed prints and canvas prints will work fine in a bathroom, as well. Just make sure that you’re not exposing them to prolonged periods of high moisture from long, hot showers.

Can I hang my prints in a bathroom?

No. Our watermark logo will not appear on your prints. Our logo only appears on the images on our website in order to discourage image theft.
